Farm Style Chicken

Orange, Thyme, Ginger & Garlic Chicken

1 x Orange
1tbs chopped Thyme
1tbs freshly grated Ginger
1tbs chopped Garlic
1 x Chicken 
Salt + blackPEPPER

Cut the orange in quarters, squeeze the juice of one quarter over the chicken.
Mix the thyme, ginger and garlic with a bit of orange juice, rub onto chicken.
Add blackPEPPER and salt to taste

Stuff the chicken with the remaining orange slices.
Cover with tinfoil, bake at 180 degrees Celsius for one hour. Uncover and brown for another hour.

Serve with steamed veggies.
