We had the fabulous launch of Heart of Abalone on Friday!  They will take care of custom designed abalone tours on behalf of Abagold based in the New harbour of Hermanus, South Africa.

We helped out with the revamp of their new venue.

ATKV - Die Keiser by the Story Team

The best part of my week!  Spending it photographing The Story Team, from Hermanus doing what they do best.  A project called "Die Keiser" sponsored by the ATKV.

They also do a facilitation session with the kids where they teach them a valuable leadership lesson after the play.

Interior Revamp - Whale Coast Seafoods Hermanus

We were commissioned to help revamp the best local fresh seafood source in Hermanus!  Whoohoo!  Hanja and Leon (the young owners) took on the task all by themselves, spending a few extra hours in their outlet at night.

It was a graphic exploration! Our goal was to keep it White & FRESH, all as cost effective as possible.

To start it all off, we first did their delivery van rebrand, the first we've ever tried!

As well as some stationery and packaging stickers.

Another visual treat was the undercounter Infographic we got to design.  Explaining what they're so good at doing :-)

Can you spot the difference?  At the time of our photo session, there were still a few ins-&-outs missing.  Hopefully they'll host a few guests for a grand bash and we can fill in the gaps.

These were a few custom designed prints we designed for a colour-pop behind their pay counter, all to be mounted in various sized white painted frames.

A 4th Mermaid Birthday Party Part I - The way we do it in Hermanus!

We had a fabulous midweek party this week, in the Hemel & Aarde Estate, a housing gem of Hermanus! This is to say the least -

Little Eryn, is one lucky girl, as her mommy Elzette went all out for her fourth birthday party -

The beautiful mermaid cake!

The details of this event was better than the best Pinterest versions;

The table outside was set under a blue "water" gazebo, it was 

jam-packed with delicious homemade treats - Most of the items displayed had quirky names, suggestive of the magical world you would experience under water if living with mermaids, floating jellyfish lanterns the works! 

A lower table was set for the kiddies to have lunch - 'Golden Nuggets and pizza slices all carefully packaged - 

Each guest also received a gift bag filled with all sorts of exciting presents, hair clips, bubbles and other toys

Mermaid branded water bottles, and juice were served as drinks

Each guest could also take home one of these gem bottles, filled with treats

Flounder's Delight - Delicious condensed-milk, and bubblegum Jelly puddings  

Magic Coral - Popcorn with white chocolate and marshmallow coating

These were just out of this world, I mean really?!? Have a look at the detail of this beautiful artisan cookie!

One thing we are pretty sure off now, is that Elzette loves throwing parties, and this was just the children section! Part II will follow soon!

This is truly her passion, and with such a display of brilliance; who wouldn't want to hire her for their own party!
